【園内利用ルールについて】

浜離宮恩賜庭園は国の特別名勝・特別史跡に指定された庭園です。

貴重な文化財を後世に伝えていくとともに、国内外からお越しの幅広い年齢層の方々に安心して気持ちよく園内での時間をお過ごしいただくため、次の利用ルールを設けております。

■園内でできること■

・飲食、お弁当などの持ち込み（アルコールを除く）
・レジャーシートの利用（内堀広場、野外卓広場のみ）
※ご家族など少人数でのご利用をお願いいたします。

■園内ではご遠慮いただいていること■

・自転車、バイク、スケートボード、ストライダー等の乗り入れ
・ペットの同伴（※盲導犬、介助犬等を除く）
・飲酒、アルコール類の持ち込み
・喫煙、火気の使用
・ドローン、ラジコン等の使用
・テント、タープ、イス、テーブル等の使用
・シャボン玉、縄跳び、ボール、フリスビー、バドミントン等の遊具の使用
・植物を採集、損傷すること
・鳥獣魚貝などを捕獲すること
・上半身の衣類を着用しない等、肌を大きく露出すること
・ランニング、ダンス、ヨガ等の運動
・木登り、柵の中、植え込み地等の進入禁止区域への立ち入り
・芝生地等での座り込み（※内堀広場、野外卓広場を除く）
・歌や楽器の演奏等大きな音を出す行為（※管理者主催のイベント等を除く）
・広告、宣伝、募金、物品の販売（※許可されたものを除く）
・その他、庭園観賞や文化財保護に支障となる行為や公序良俗に反する行為

■園内における撮影について■

撮影モデル等による人物中心の撮影は、営利・非営利に関わらず事前の申請をお願いしております。また、一般来園者の庭園観賞に支障がないよう、園内が混雑する以下の期間は、撮影申請の受付を行っておりません。

【Rules and Regulations of the Garden】

Hama-rikyu Gardens is a cultural heritage garden designated as the Country’s Special Place of Scenic Beauty and Special Historic Site.

To preserve our priceless cultural heritage and to let all visitors, whether domestic or overseas, enjoy their stay in the garden comfortably, we request all garden visitors to abide by the following rules and regulations.

■Things you CAN do in the garden■

● having food and/or drink (except alcoholic beverages)

● using picnic sheets (ONLY at Uchibori Open Space and Yagai-taku Open Space)

■Things you CANNOT do in the garden■

● driving or riding vehicles [bicycles, balance bicycles (“STRIDERs”), skateboards, scooters, motorcycles, etc.] into the garden

● bringing pets into the garden, even though they are properly caged [except for seeing eye dogs and service (assistance) dogs]

● bringing alcoholic beverages into or consuming them in the garden

● smoking or using fire

● using radio-controlled devices such as drones, radio-controlled toy cars, etc.

● using tents, tarps, chairs, desks, tables, etc.

● games including those involving use of equipment such as blowing soap bubbles, rope jumping, ball games, Frisbee, badminton, etc.

● picking flowers, fruit, etc., smuggling animals or plants into or out of the garden, feeding animals

● being naked, improperly dressed

● sports or physical activities such as running, jogging, dancing, yoga, etc.

● climbing trees, entering areas off-limits to visitors such as fenced areas, shrubberies, hillsides, etc.

● sitting or lying down on the lawn or the grass (except for Uchibori Open Space and Yagai-taku Open Space)

● making noise such as singing, playing musical instruments, etc. (except for events organized by the Administrator)

● advertising, publicity/propaganda campaigns, fund-raising, selling goods, etc.

● other acts or behavior that hinder visitors from enjoying the garden or cultural heritage preservation, or those that deemed inappropriate or against public order and morals

■Photography in the Garden■

Visitors are only allowed to take informal souvenir snapshots or videos, with their smartphones or small hand-held cameras. Please be considerate towards other visitors and make room for them. Do NOT enter any areas that are off-limits to visitors such as fenced areas (even though the fences are low), shrubberies and hilly areas.

Prior application is required for photography or shooting other than for souvenir or commemorative purposes, e.g. photography involving models, wedding photography and making movies or documentaries. However, please note that applications for photography or shooting will not be accepted over the following period owing to high season:
