The attractive nature of Toneri Park is so significant that you may forget that it is so close to the metropolitan areas.
The theme of the illumination is the twinkling stars in the night sky and the plentiful water. The highlight is the nemophila blue.
In addition, the illumination recreates the special blue color of nemophila, with its translucent beauty, in light.
The fully blooming nemophila will look like the sea, and will be illuminated with a fantastic scene as if the stars are reflected on the sea surface.

At the entrance to the fountain, a “TONERI” floral letter art object decorated with nemophila and other blue artificial flowers will be displayed.A photogenic space will welcome you.At night, guests can enjoy the mysterious beauty of blue as if they are under natural and bright light with sunlight tones.The fountain is closed during the event.
The metasequoia trees are illuminated in a fantastic “lapis lazuli” blue, a color inspired by the color of nemophila.The water flow in the center of the avenue of trees (no water is flowing) is illuminated in a gradation of blue colors, creating the illusion of flowing water that lights up the avenue.
The water flow is suspended during this event.
The fountain, located at the end of the water flow leading from the park entrance, is illuminated by lights of various sizes of balls.The center of the fountain is decorated with a big flower of nemophila that faithfully reproduces the details of nemophila, up to 25 times in scale.In addition, guests can enjoy a variety of colorful expressions through the color-changing illumination, which is inspired by the changing skies from evening to night.*The fountain is suspended during this event.
In the nemophila flower beds, which are the main feature of this event, the sea of nemophila is beautifully illuminated with Toneri Blue lights that have been carefully selected to make each small flower look beautiful and majestic.In addition, sound effects are presented during the night.The illumination shining in response to the sound is just like stars in the night sky.The nemophila spreading all over the area and the sky of Toneri create a fantastic scene.We welcome you to this worldview full of the fascinating beauty of nemophila, which will take your breath away.
Photo spots are set up in the best locations for photographs of the nemophila beds in full bloom.In addition, a photo spot is available for memorial photos with your companion animal in the Toneri Blue area.We hope you enjoy taking a memorial photo together with your cute companion using the Toneri Blue as a frame for photo.This spot can also be used as a photo area for small child.

A store near the Nemophila flower beds will sell products related to Nemophila for a limited time.Kitchen cars will be open during the event,Snacks and drinks will be sold during the event.Please enjoy the Illumination Park with food and beverages.

Parking lot:300 yen for the first hour and 100 yen
per 20 minutes after that maximum charge 1200 yen
for the first 24 hours after entering the parking lot- Please use public transportation on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, as there will be traffic congestion on Okubashi-dori and Toneri Park.
- Please refrain from waiting to enter the parking lot on public roads.
- Please be advised that entry restrictions may be imposed depending on how crowded the parking lot is.
- During the event, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, there will be traffic congestion after 3:00 p.m.

- Parking lots are very crowded on weekends and national holidays, which hinders traffic and inconveniences the neighborhood. The venue is a 3-minute walk from the TONONEN station of the Nippori-Toneri Liner. Please use public transportation.
- Please park bicycles at the temporary bicycle parking lot in the park. Please do not park on the sidewalk.Please take your garbage with you.
